My name is Cindy Quinn, and I was born and raised in Southern Illinois, where I have raised 5 beautiful children and enjoy spending time with my grandchildren.
Being a Southern Illinois native, I know the area like the back of my hand. Whether you’re looking for a cozy starter home or a sprawling piece of land on which to build your commercial space, I can help you find what you’re looking for. And, if you’re interested in selling, I’ll work tirelessly to get you the best price possible.
My background is very diverse allowing me to bring a lot to the table. I have extensive knowledge and experience in residential, commercial and land real estate including being well versed in government loans and grants. I also have a public adjusters license and have a paralegal degree. Wearing all these hats allow me to be an advocate for my clients and an excellent negotiator. Allowing me to navigate through the real estate process with ease.
Not to mention as a mother of 5 I know how to make everyone in the room happy. I can definitely divide a cookie in a lot of different ways.
In 2021 I received my managing brokers license which gave me the credentials I needed to open QUINN REALTY AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC.

Born and raised in Salem Illinois, Tim is proud to call the community home. After retiring from Coca-Cola with 30 years of dedicated service, he brought his strong customer service background and work ethic into real estate and property management.
He is married and the proud father of two children, along with five stepchildren he proudly calls his
own, and a proud grandfather to five grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything he does.
When he’s not selling real estate, managing rental properties, or keeping the maintenance crew
check, you’ll likely find him on his tractor, working in the yard, spending time with family and
friends, or enjoying time with his DOG, Duke.
About Emily Smith
Meet Emily Smith, our Leasing Agent for Quinn Realty and Property Management Group. Emily is wife, mother and a lifelong resident of Salem IL. She is very familiar with Salem and the surrounding area. Her knowledge and expertise in the leasing field, as well as her upbeat and warm personality, make her a wonderful asset to our property management side. Kelley was born and raised in Salem, where she developed a deep connection to the community. After spending time in Lake Charles, Louisiana, she has since returned to Salem for the last 16 years, bringing with her a renewed dedication to making an impact in her hometown.
Kelley is excited to leverage her diverse professional background to assist clients in their real estate journey. With experience spanning administrative, education facilitator, business marketing and portrait photography, Kelley brings a unique blend of skills and perspectives to the real estate field. Her background in administrative support and education facilitation has honed her organizational and client-focused abilities, while her work in marketing and photography has developed her eye for detail and creativity. Passionate about helping others achieve their goals, Kelley is committed to providing exceptional service and personalized guidance in the real estate market. Kelley resides in Salem Il with her significant other, 4 daughters, a step-son and a grandson. She enjoys coaching her children’s sports teams, volunteering for community events, photography, repurposing, and thrifting. She is a member of the Salem Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, the director of the Keep Salem Beautiful program and serves on the Salem Tourism Board and Little Egypt Festival Board.

Morgann Burkett holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and brings over 12 years of customer service experience to her role at Quinn Realty & Property Management Group. As a Leasing Agent and Social Media Marketing Coordinator, she combines strong communication skills with a passion for helping clients find the perfect place to call home.
